Betty D. Therrien

Betty D. Therrien, age 88, of Bellingham, WA passed away peacefully at home on August 3, 2016. Betty was born to Robert and Mary (Yoerger) Britt in Bellingham on August 29, 1927.

Betty married Henry Therrien on February 29, 1968 in Portland, OR. She was a career secretary and was a long-time member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, where she was active in the Catholic Daughters. Betty was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Betty was preceded in death by her brother Ken Britt and son-in-law Denny Macy. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Henry, son Michael (wife Dianne) Farrar, daughter Sharen Macy, grandsons Jason (Becky) Farrar, Scott Farrar (Jaimie Woods), and Shane Bouffiou, Bryan (Vanessa) Bell, granddaughters Babbette McGowan and Theresa Wiltz, great-granddaughters Larrissa, Caitlyn, Summer, Kennedy, Brianna, Ruby, Jessa, Emma, and Mazee, and many nieces, nephews and friends.

There will be a vigil at 7 PM on Wednesday, August 10th at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, August 11th at Sacred Heart, followed by a reception at Westford’s Broadway Hall, 1300 Broadway.
