Adell Ray-Hagnas, age 64 of Whatcom County, passed away July 2, 2013. Adell was born on August 12, 1948 to Walter Sr. and Shirley Micona in Seattle, WA. She loved children, music and dancing. Her favorite color of green gave away her natural ability to grow gardens of all varieties, mastering beautiful flower gardens year after year. Adell was preceded in death by her mother Shirley Micona and her two sons, Jamal Baker and Todd Hagnas, Sr. She is survived by her father Walter Micona, Sr., brother Walter Micona, Jr., (Marilyn), sister Jodi Micona, four children Tom Ray (Rebecca), Joe Ray(Amber), Dawn Blanchard (Pal) and Shannon Hagnas, 16 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and many loving relatives and friends.
