Albert “Al” Woodard, age 92, passed away May 14, 2013 in Bellingham. He was born Feb., 28, 1921 in Bellingham and was a lifetime resident. He graduated from Bellingham High School and served in World War II. He retired from Mount Baker Plywood and was a member of Assumption Catholic Church and the V.F.W. Al attributed his longevity to good, clean living, good friends and good luck. A graveside service with military honors will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery on Thursday, May 23 at 3 PM.
