Even death is not to be feared by one who has lived wisely ~ Buddha. The bright light of Aurora "Rori" Lee Buol-Smith was extinguished on Sunday, March 5th. Aurora had a smile that would brighten any room. She filled her life with love and laughter in her family and her career. Rori, to her close family and friends, loved many things bright and beautiful. This included beading, music, reading, and living on earth with a conscious life style. Out in nature in the quiet of the forest, she drew strength and peace while camping with family and friends. Her career spoke of the love she had for others in nursing with a focus on senior care. Her delight in life was her family. She was born October 30, 1959 to Bill Buol of Clatskainie, Oregon and Donna Buol-Heuston of Lilliwaup, Washington. She is survived by her two children, daughter Theya Smith and son Sheaen Smith, grandchildren Lillian, Makaila, Alexander, Sasha and Solara, father Bill, mother Donna, sister LeiAnne Eshe, and her brother Bill Buol. Remember me as I have lived and loved and let no darkness linger for my light has shined and touched you. A celebration of Rori’s life will be held at Westford’s Broadway Hall, 1300 Broadway at 3 PM on Wednesday, March 22. Please join us as we gather to share stories and memories of Rori.
