By the grace of God, Calixtro Sison deLeon was born on October 19, 1949 in Bayambang, Pangasinan, Philippines. And by the grace of God, died to be with the Lord on January 4, 2017. Alex was the first of eleven children to be reunited with their mom and dad, Maria Sison and Ramon deLeon. His parents raised Eligio, Sylvia, Carlito, Calixtro, Ramon Jr., Franklin, Henry, Alison, twins, Stafford and Stewart, and Daniel. As the fourth in line of ten siblings, Alex found strength and pride. It is with that same character that he fought until the end. Alex boasted of working for UPS, traveling to the Philippines, hunting with brothers, and giving to those in need. He married the love of his life, Jacqueline. Alex's legacy remains their first Son, Neal, daughter-in-law, Eva, second son, Philip, only daughter, Kayleen, son-in-law, A.J., and grandchildren, Joseph, Ferdinand, and Zeya. Services will be held at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, 5715 108th St. SW, in Lakewood on Wednesday, January 11th; viewing with Rosary at 10:30 a.m., followed by Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. Committal immediately following at Mountain View Memorial Park, 4100 Steilacoom Blvd SW in Lakewood.
