Charles “Charlie” Kent Noyes

Charles “Charlie” Noyes, age 82, passed away on May 19, 2017 in Bellingham, WA. He was born in San Diego, CA on December 20, 1934 to Leon and Irene (Pack) Noyes. Charlie spent his early years teaching in Seattle and Mount Vernon and then taught overseas in Germany, the Netherlands, Bermuda and Japan. Charlie is preceded in death by his parents. Charlie is survived by his brother Don (Bev) Noyes as well as his nieces and nephew Dana (Brian) Smith, Mitch (Jennifer) Noyes and Noelle (Dean) Steffanson.
