David A. E. Riggs, age 76, passed away November 8, 2013 in Bellingham. He is survived by his daughter Samantha Riggs and her daughter Josephine of Bellingham, WA, son Alexander (wife Kate) Riggs of Portland, OR, siblings Dorothy, James, Pamela, Albert and Brian in Blackpool, England and Monica in Australia, and many loving relatives and friends.
A Vigil Service will be held at Westford Funeral Home at 7 PM on Wednesday, November 13th. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Church of the Assumption at 10:30 AM on Thursday, November 14th. Fr. K. Scott Connolly will be presiding.
