Dawnielle Brock

Dawnielle Brock, age 54, passed away on August 25, 2023 at her home in Ferndale, Washington.
Dawnielle was born on January 19, 1969 near Big Santa Anita Canyon in California to parents Teri Murray and Thomas Norris. She attended Billings West High School in Billings, Montana and went on to earn her associate’s degree at Whatcom Community College.

Dawnielle is remembered as being a rambunctious child, always laughing and happy. She owned and operated a daycare in Blaine, WA that she loved very much. She loved sewing, gardening, flowers, camping, BBQs, spending time on the beach and in the mountains. Dawn really loved to get together with friends and family. She will always be remembered for her happiness, laughter, kind heart, and caring nature, as well as being an amazing Grandma (Nams), friend, mother, and daughter. She loved her pets and kids so much. She loved the outdoors and was always full of life. She loved every season of the year but winter was her favorite.

Dawnielle was preceded in death by her grandparents Norman and Betty Murray, and Uncle Brian Andrew Murray. She is survived by her partner Sandi Perez, mom Teri Murray, son Brian Brock, daughter Dana Waters, grandchildren Shawn, Olivia, Liam, Callum, Daithi, and many lifelong friends.

A celebration of Dawnielle’s life will be held on Sunday, October 1, 2023, 2:00 pm at the Heron Center at Birch Bay State Park, 7290 Birch Bay Dr. Blaine, WA.
