Dorothy June Gardner

Dorothy Gardner, age 95, passed away peacefully in Waterville, WA on December 31, 2013. She was born March 12, 1918 in Mazenod, Saskatchewan, to Charles and Dorothy New. Mom was truly the heart of the family and was most happy being able to prepare meals for all our family gatherings. She was an active member of the VFW Auxiliary, Eagles Auxiliary, and Navy Mothers Club. She enjoyed doing a variety of crafts and we have all received gifts hand made with love. She was preceded in death by husbands John Joseph Euper and Jack Albert Gardner and sisters Mary and Iona. She is survived by children Lauretta Charlton, John (Lorraine) Euper, June (John) Robson, Terry (Shirley) Euper and Allen (Marty) Euper, stepchildren Marilyn (Mike) Hannigan, Sherry (Leo) Boyd and Keith Gardner, 25 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, 14 great-great grandchildren, and many loving relatives and friends. A Celebration of Dorothy’s life will be held at 1 PM on Saturday, My 24th, 2014 at Westford Funeral Home in Bellingham.
