William Y. Duncan Iii

Dr. William Yeats Duncan III, of Bellingham, WA, passed away Saturday, April 16, 2016. Dr. Duncan was 84, born in the District of Columbia on November 21, 1931.
He proudly served in the US Navy. Dr. Duncan practiced Urology in Skagit County, Alaska, Hawaii and Idaho. He enjoyed most sports including hunting, fishing, airplane piloting, lacrosse, swimming, tennis and sailing.
He is survived by four children, William Y. Duncan IV, Elizabeth Duncan Pederson, Dr. Suzanne Troup Duncan, and Jacqueline M.B. Duncan; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Bill will be laid to rest with his parents in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
