Edna Rae Moody

Edna Rae Moody, age 102, passed away August 25, 2018 after a brief illness. She was born in Colorado on May 6, 1916. She lived the majority of her life in Colorado with her husband, Homer, where they raised their two sons. She was an early pioneer as a career woman, working for Social Security starting in 1940. Edna was a longtime member of the American Baptist Church. She spent the last 10 years of her life in Bellingham at Solstice. The family would like to thank her caregiver, Earlene Thomason, who took great care of Edna. She is survived by her two sons, Dennis (Julie) of Bellingham and Mark (June) of Monroe, three grandchildren, Christine, Greg and Ian, and six great-grandchildren. A family gathering will be held.
