Eduardo Tapia, age 21, passed away June 28, 2017 in Bellingham. Eduardo graduated from Ferndale High School in 2014. He is survived by his parents, Zacarias and Silvia, sisters Jazmin and Alexandra, and many loving relatives and friends. A Service of Remembrance will be held at Westford Funeral Home, 1301 Broadway St. in Bellingham on Monday, July 3rd at 11 AM. Reception following across the street at Broadway Hall.
