Edythe A. Hunt, age 91 of Bellingham, passed away November 25, 2010. She was born July 9, 1919 in Valier, Montana to Richard and Anna (Nance) Aust. Edythe married Max L. Hunt in Portland, OR, and they were married for 64 years until his passing in 2006. Edythe was a member of the Women’s Century Club in Yakima for many years.
Edythe was preceded in death by her husband, Max in 2006, and son Greg Hunt in 1986. She is survived by her son Larry (Janet) Hunt of Reno, NV and their daughter Stephanie (Tony) Smith of Seattle; son Jeff (Sandy) Hunt of Bellingham and their children Kristofer, Griffin, and Heidi Hunt; daughter-in-law Sharon Smith of Seattle and her son Andrew Hunt and great-grandchildren Sarah and Lauren Smith (Stephanie and Tony’s children).
Memorials may be made to Arizona Parkinson’s Disease Center, 13400 E. Shea Blvd. Scottsdale, AZ, 85259. A Celebration of Edythe’s Life will be held at Westford Funeral Home on Friday, December 10th at 10 AM followed by a reception across the street at Westford’s Broadway Hall.
