Elma B. "Toots" Brown

Elma Brown passed away March 8, 2014 at age 84, following a lengthy illness. Elma was born in 1929 to Mary and Dominic Perrin in Natal, British Columbia. Elma married Alfred Brown in 1947 and then moved to the United States. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Alfred and by siblings; Violet Perrin, Victor Perrin, Jack Perrin, Ernest Perrin and Ronald Perrin. Elma is survived by daughters Diane (John) Wagner and Beverley (Lucio) Rodriguez, granddaughter Shannon Pearson and siblings Ralph Perrin (deceased 3-14-14), Norman Perrin and sister Pauline. Elma was known for her love of all creatures and especially for her fondness of felines. Elma gave selflessly to others and will be missed by all whose lives she touches. Elma will always be remembered in our hearts as a loving mother. At her request there will be no service.
