Frances Irene Burrus

Frances I. “Frankie” Burrus, age 93, passed away on December 3, 2016. She was born in Great Falls, Montana on July 18, 1923 to Eugene and Irene Lee.

Frankie graduated from High School in 1940 in Great Falls, Montana. She graduated from Columbus School of nursing in Great Falls in 1944. During her lifetime she held several jobs as a Registered Nurse. Her favorite nursing position was as a pediatric nurse. She married Donald Burrus on July 25, 1945.

She is survived by her daughter Cheri (husband Jack) Fix, sons Ken (wife Carol) Burrus, and Mark (wife Jennifer) Burrus, son-in-law Mike Langey, grandchildren Jodi (husband Bruce) Newman, Brittany Burrus, Matthew Burrus, Brian Fix, and many loving relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Donald, son David and daughter Linda Langey.

Frankie will be laid to rest with her husband Donald at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Bismarck, ND.
