Frances Downey Gregory

Frances Downey Gregory, of Bellingham, WA, passed away on Sunday, July 29, 2018. Fran was 64, born on October 16, 1953 to John and Kathleen Downey in Springfield, IL. She was a librarian and teacher for many years. Fran was an active member of the local Baha’i community. She was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her sons, Matthew and Daniel Gregory; brothers, John, Paul, Raymond, Daniel and Brian Downey; numerous nieces and nephews; and former husband Michael Gregory. Memorials may be made in Fran’s memory to National Alliance on Mental Illness, www.nami.org . A graveside service will be held at Bayview Cemetery, 1420 Woburn St. in Bellingham on Tuesday, August 7th at 1 PM followed by a Celebration of Life with reception at 2 PM at Westford’s Broadway Hall, 1300 Broadway.
