Frank L. Loomis, age 57 of Bellingham, passed away July 19, 2010. He was born December 19, 1952 in Spokane, WA to Douglas & Shirley (Pollock) Loomis. He was preceded in death by his parents. Frank is survived by his wife, Tammie Loomis; daughters Melissa (Quinn) Irving, Mandi Loomis, and Madisyn Loomis; step-daughter Mallory Miller; step-sons Todd Butler, Joseph Williams, and Ricky Williams; brothers Jim and Harold Loomis; sister Georgia Bageant; and grandchildren Kolby, Orlando, Maleena, Olivia, Tilyah, Shane, and Todd. A gathering will be held at the family home in Bellingham on Sat. July 24th at 1 PM.
