Our community has lost a remarkable man. We’ve fond memories of Guy over the years. I recall how happy I was to learn of his enjoyment of dancing at an age when most are resigned to living out their lives in their recliners. I was always pleased to see him out mowing near the edge of Mt. Baker Hwy, trimming up along the fence line, well after the years of retirement. He enjoyed life, and set the example of how to grow old with such dignity. I believe his secret to longevity, was his admirable work ethics, and determination. Our thoughts are with you, Merle, and Family. Sincerely, Norm & Shari Bennett

Guy Foster (and Circle F Company) had a business relationship with the company that I worked for over many years. Guy’s work was always excellent and his dealings with us were fair and friendly. Guy would come into the offices about every other month, and make the rounds. He was always friendly and more than willing to help out with any projects we might have. Our dealings were the old fashioned way with a smile and a handshake. Guy was a joy to work with, and made a big contribution to the success of our company. Rest in Peace my friend.

Dear Myrle, Dennis and families, I am very sorry to hear of Guy’s passing. He will be missed by you all and by those of us that had only a few encounters over the years. He always had a smile and worked very hard keeping the farm looking nice and in working order. It is also obvious that he passed on some great character to his family. You will be in our prayers. Best Wishes Ken Bigelow

I too met Guy square-dancing. He basically was a man who made ‘lemon-aid’ out of sour times when he ‘could’ have ‘just quit’. He was a good man.

Thank you, Gay, for notifying us of your Father’s passing. We were so pleased to get to know him. And, it was so kind of him to share the home my father built, with us. We enjoyed Guy’s company, and he was so kind to us, when we visited. Please accept our condolences on his passing. I know he had such a rich, and wonderful life!!
