Helen Pearl Pilkey

November 30, 1931 — August 8, 2021

Helen Pearl Pilkey, age 89 of Bellingham, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on August 8, 2021. She was born November 30, 1931 in Bandon, OR to James and Hazel Church. She moved to Bellingham at the age of eight and graduated from Bellingham High School in the class of 1949. Helen married Vaughan Pilkey on August 2, 1968 in Bellingham. Her favorite past times were traveling, square dancing, and spending time with her family. She was a longtime member of Immanuel Bible Church. Helen was preceded in death by her husband Vaughan Pilkey and daughter Lori Pilkey Meyer. She is survived by her six children, Karen Wharton, Nancy (Morris) Bass, Dan (Sandy) Pilkey, Tami Crawford, Jodi Pilkey and Susan Wood (fiancé Jeff Worke), and many loving grand, great, and great-great-grandchildren, relatives and friends. Visitation will be held at Westford Funeral Home on Thursday, August 12th from 1-3 PM. A memorial service will be held at Immanuel Bible Church at 11 am on Friday, August 13th with Pastor Dave Erickson officiating. You may share memories at www.westfordfuneralhome.com .
