Hoang Fleming, age 73, passed away peacefully in Seattle on Sunday, January 22, 2012. She was born December 10, 1938 in Vietnam. Hoang was always hospitable and will be remembered for her world class eggrolls. Hoang was positive, selfless, and loved by everyone. She always spread joy and happiness with her infectious smile. She was preceded in death by her husband Arnold Fleming in 1998. She is survived by her daughters Bessie (husband Jon) Ament of Renton, Mary (husband Josh) McBee and their daughter Ryan of Seattle, sister Van (husband Hoa) Do and their children Ngoc, Hien and Hieu, sisters Hai Ly and Lien (husband Than) Nguyen, Lien’s son Chanh (wife Thuy) and their daughters Amanda, Katelyn and Jonathan, Lien’s daughters Judy and Amy (husband Chaffee) and their son Adam, and many loving relatives and friends. A Vigil Service will be held at Westford Funeral Home on Friday, January 27th at 6 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, January 28th at 10:30 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Ferndale, 5781 Hendrickson Ave. in Ferndale. A reception will follow at the church.
