Jeffrey L. Charlton

Jeff Charlton, age 54, passed away at PeaceHealth St. Joseph Hospital in Bellingham on November 14, 2021. He was born December 9, 1966 in Bellingham to Melvin and Janet Charlton. Jeff graduated from Bellingham High School in 1986. Jeff had many close friends who were more like family. Jeff dedicated his career to taking care of the residents at the South Hill Apartments, as their well-loved maintenance supervisor. As an avid bowler, Jeff’s second home was 20th Century Bowl in downtown Bellingham. He was preceded in death by his parents. Jeff is survived by his son Steven Johnson and sister Debbie Charlton-Webb (husband Jesse F. Webb) and their daughter Mackenzie F. Webb and aunt Lorraine Charlton.
