Jerry H. Walton, age 72 passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, August 18, 2011. He was born December 2, 1938 in Bellingham to Harold and Irene Walton. Jerry was raised in Bellingham, graduated from Bellingham High School in 1956, and spent his lifetime working at the family business, Walton Beverage. Jerry enjoyed trap shooting, hunting, fishing, traveling and spending time in Cabo San Lucas. He was an excellent storyteller, loved to host gatherings, and his favorite color was Pepsi blue. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Irene Walton. He is survived by his loving companion, Pat Foster, son Jeff Walton, daughter Alicia (husband Rick) Beck, grandchildren Madison and Ricky Heilmann, brother John (wife Loi) Walton, sister Joan (husband Hal) Griffith, and many nieces, nephews and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at Westford Funeral Home on Thursday, August 25th at 2 PM followed by a reception across the street at Westford’s Broadway Hall, 1300 Broadway.??? A gathering will follow at Babe’s Place, 2038 Main Street in Ferndale.
