Jesus Pablo, of Bellingham, WA, passed away Saturday, December 10, 2016, in Bellingham. He was 85, born in Agana, Guam on September 22, 1931 to Jose and Concepcion (Mendiola) Pablo.
In Guam, Jesus taught school and was a Boy Scout Scoutmaster prior to joining the U.S. Army. After two years in the Army, he joined the U.S. Air Force and retired after twenty one years. Jesus then went to work for Mobil Oil Refinery. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and taxidermy.
Jesus was preceded in death by his son Steven Pablo; grandsons, Anton Leslie and Joseph M. Pablo Jr.; brothers, Jose and Herman Pablo; and sisters, Josephina Taylor and Angustia Acland. He is survived his wife Dorothy of fifty seven years; six children, Debra Hoglund, Valerie Piccioni, Cheryl (Dale) Richards, Connie Pablo, Joseph Pablo, and Jesse Pablo; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A vigil service will be held 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 20th, at Westford Funeral Home with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, December 21st at the Church of the Assumption with reception following. Burial will be at Bayview Cemetery.
