Jo Ann Heath passed away on December 10, 2017 in Bellingham. Jo was born on January 21, 1956 in Beeville, TX to Allen and Wanda (Luckie) Hall. She was predeceased by her parents and a sister, Janice Fors. Jo is survived by her husband, Terry Heath, her children Ronald (Tanya) Allen, Kevin (Kelly) Heath, Robert (Beth) Heath and Angela (Mark) Craig, her brothers Gene Hall (TX) and Everett Hall (CA) and sisters Joy Austerins (CA) and Judy Olds (TX), her seven grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews and loving friends.
