Joanne M. Clark

Joanne Clark passed away in Bellingham on February 4, 2021. She was born on November 2, 1936 in San Rafael, California to Ellsworth and Mary (Gordon) Mosby. Her childhood was spent in northern California, growing up under the redwoods. She was very active in her church, Saint Paul’s Episcopal. Joanne will be greatly missed by family and friends.
Joanne was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers Dean and Merritt Mosby. She is survived by her youngest brother Jon (Carolyn) Mosby, three daughters Elizabeth (Mike Hubbell) Cannon, Rebecca (George) Ruiz, and Rosanna Sanda, ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Joanne requested that any memorials be made to St. Paul’s EfM Scholarship fund, St Paul’s Outreach Fund, or St Paul’s Alms Ministry. You may share memories at www.westfordfuneralhome.com .
