Visitation: Monday, November 1 from 3-5 pm at Westford Funeral Home.
Burial: Tuesday, November 2 at 11 am at Bayview City Cemetery.
Memorial Service: Tuesday, November 2 at 12 noon at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church.  Reception will follow at the church.
Joanne Coull passed away October 23, 2010 in Bellingham. She was born on January 14, 1927 to Toby and Ruth (Swenson) Simonsen in Bellingham. She graduated from Bellingham High School in 1944 and graduated from Swedish Hospital School of Nursing in 1947. Joanne married Charles Coull in December 1947. After moving back to Bellingham she worked as an RN at St. Joseph’s and St. Luke’s Hospital and retired from Needham’s Nursing Home after 26 years. Joanne was a life-long member of Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church where she was active in WELCA. She was proud of her Norwegian Heritage. She enjoyed gardening, flowers, crafts, quilting, cooking, and spending time with family and friends at Birch Bay.
She was preceded in death by husband Charles, her parents, and twin brothers Louis and Robert. Joanne is survived by daughters Carolyn (Glenn) Oltman, Colleen Coull and Julie Coull, grandsons Aaron Oltman and Andy (Michelle) Oltman and their children Charlie and James.
Special thanks to the staff at Highland Care Center. Memorials may be made to Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church.
Visitation will be held at Westford Funeral Home on Monday, November 1st from 3-5 PM. Graveside Services will be held at Bayview City Cemetery on Tuesday, November 2nd at 11 AM followed by a Memorial Service at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church at 12 Noon. Reception to follow.
