Judith Elaine Miller passed away September 27th, 2015, after a number of years fighting Alzheimer's. She was born in Spokane, Washington on July 31st, 1940 to Clyde and Erma Myers. She graduated from John Rodgers High School in 1959. She received her Washington State Beautician License in the spring of 1960 and married Francis (Frank) Miller that same summer on June 4th. Shortly after moving to Seattle/Everett in October of 1960 she was hired by the State of Washington as Beautician for Fircrest School, where she worked until 1969 when she resigned to stay home with her son and also started fostering handicapped children, having several the full 11 years they were in the foster parent program. She moved to Ferndale in 1979 where she became a very well-known seamstress. She was preceded in death by her parents and son Russell. Survived by son Ronald (Kelli) Miller of Custer, WA, daughter-in-law Tasha Harris Miller of Custer, WA, 5 grandchildren, sister Donna (Tom) Goulding, brothers James Myers and Steven Myers and numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews. A Service will be held on Saturday, October 10th at 1:00pm at Sunrise Baptist, 2480 West Badger Rd. in Custer, WA. You may share memories with the family at
