Judith Carol Speers, 80, former resident of Bellingham, WA, passed away in Seattle, WA on January 8, 2020. Judith was born on June 10, 1939 in Ellensburg, WA to Richard and Minnie Dexter. She is survived by her daughter, Mindy Czarnowski of Lake Havasu City, AZ, her sister, Sandra Branch of Bellingham, and her wonderful caretaker and cousin, Helen Young of Burien, WA. There will be no memorial service.
