June Martin, age 95 of Bellingham passed away peacefully on February 22, 2016. She was born June 29, 1920 in Kenmare, ND to George and Nina Dayton. June was a talented artist, known in earlier years for her amazing wedding cakes and drawings. June was an active member of the Jehovah’s Witnesses. She was preceded in death by her husband George.
She is survived by her sons Larry (Colleen) Martin and Steve (Heather) Martin, and many loving grand, great and great-great-grandchildren, relatives and friends. A graveside gathering will be held at Bayview Cemetery on Friday, March 4th at 2 PM. A memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses at 3689 Sorenson Rd., (corner of Sorenson and Goodwin Roads) in Everson at 2pm on Saturday, March 5th.
