Kathy "Kate" Lingbloom, a lifelong resident of Bellingham, passed away on May 25th, 2023. She was born on May 20th, 1951, to James and Betty Keeler, both of whom preceded her in death.
Kate's devotion to her family was unwavering. She was a loving mother to her son Ryan Dralle, who brought immense joy to her life. Kate's heart overflowed with love and pride for her son, and their bond was unbreakable.
In January 1996, Kate married the love of her life, William "Bill" Lingbloom. Together, they shared a lifelong journey filled with love, understanding, and companionship. Their marriage was a testament to their enduring love and support for one another.
Kate had a deep love for animals and nature. She found solace in her garden, where she lovingly tended to her plants and flowers, creating a colorful oasis that reflected her vibrant spirit.
Kate is survived by her husband Bill, son Ryan, brother Greg (Linda), step-daughter Amber (Daniel), as well as nieces, great-nieces, grandchildren, and many many friends. She treasured moments with her family and friends, creating lasting memories that will be held dear by all.
Kate will be remembered for her kind heart, warm smile, and selflessness. She touched the lives of those around her with her generosity and compassion, leaving a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of knowing her.
A memorial service to celebrate Kate's life will be held on June 16th at 11:00am at Westford Funeral Home in Bellingham. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Kate's honor to an animal rescue of your choice as a tribute to her love for animals.
As we mourn the loss of Kathy "Kate" Lingbloom, let us also celebrate the beautiful life she lived and the love she shared. May her soul find eternal peace.
