Kristine Hill was born in Baltimore, MD on November 3, 1948 and passed away in her Bellingham home on November 20, 2023. She was preceded in death by her parents, Nicholas and Lillian Kimler, as well as her brother Peter.
Kristine lived a life full of creativity, travel, and miniatures. For the last 50 years she created hundreds of incredible, artisan 1:12 scale miniature dollhouses, and room boxes. She also managed the annual miniature trade show in Las Vegas for CIMTA (Cottage Industries Miniature Trade Association) for several years.
Kristine will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and all those whose lives she touched. Her legacy of work and workmanship in the dollhouse industry, her meticulous eye for detail, her talent for home remodeling and decorating, her love for dogs and animals, and her keen wit will always be remembered.
She is survived by her only daughter Rebecca and son in law James Danger, and her grandsons Presley and Maverick.
A celebration of Kristine’s life will be held on Sunday, January 14 at 1:00pm at Westford Funeral Home followed by a reception at Broadway Hall.
