Linda Arlene Clark, age 72, passed away at home in Bellingham on February 4, 2015. She is now at peace after a long struggle with dementia. Although she lost her voice many years ago her loving spirit shone through her warm smile and joy of life. She was born October 19, 1942 in Bellingham, WA to Doug and Peggy Clark. Linda graduated from Bellingham High School in 1960 and received her BA in Interior Design from the University of Washington in 1964. Linda was a lifelong member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church. She spent many years as a homemaker and played an important part in the family grocery business. Gardening, beach combing for agates, cooking on her beloved AGA stove and spending time with her grandchildren gave her great pleasure. Linda was an avid genealogist and would travel the world researching the family she held so dear. Linda cherished the land where she lived and contributed a meaningful role in creating a conservation easement over Clark’s Point. She will always be remembered for her immense kindness and warmth to others and her infectious laugh. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Doug and Peggy. She is survived by her daughter Michelle (husband Steve) Huizenga and their sons, Rylen and Tate; brother Ron (wife Joni) Clark and their children Travis, and Beth Thomas; sister Patrice Clark (husband Bill Wright) and daughters Sarah and Liana, and many loving relatives and friends. A small, private gathering will be held to celebrate Linda’s life. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration at AFTD, Radnor Station Building 2, Suite 320, 290 King of Prussia Road, Radner, PA 19087 or
