Louis Michael Pacifico, of Bellingham, WA, entered into eternal peace at the age of 62 on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Whatcom Hospice House in Bellingham.
Lou, his wife and two children moved to Bellingham in 1993. Lou was a union cement finisher for over 30 years. He loved his job and was an incredibly hard worker. He was an outgoing and friendly man with a fiery passion for life. His radiance beamed from the inside out and brought a smile to almost everyone he met. Lou was notorious for his one-liners which his family refers to as “Louisms”. His legacy will live through all the lives he touched. He will be greatly missed.
Lou was preceded in death by his father Michael in 2012.
He is survived by his wife Teri; children, Nicholas (Amber) Pacifico and Jessica (Jake) Unkel; his mother Carmella Pacifico and brother Sal (Linda) Pacifico.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to the National MS Society’s Walk MS 2015, for team "Lou's Legion", in memory of Lou Pacifico.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the staff at St. Francis of Bellingham for the many years of love, excellent care and support, along with remarkable care from the Whatcom Hospice House staff in his final days.
A memorial service will be held at Christ Community Church on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at 11:00am. The family would like to invite anyone who was ever touched by Lou and his family.
