Louise M. Frazier, age 84 passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2012 in Bellingham. She  was  born December 12, 1927 in Bellingham to Frank and Georgia Holbrook. Louise lived her entire life on the Southside, graduating from Bellingham High School in 1945. She was an active member of Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church for her entire life, where she was baptized, confirmed, married and raised her family. She married her high school sweetheart, Jack Frazier on September 6, 1947. Louise worked at Sehome High School as an attendance secretary for 27 years. In 1991 Louise received an Award for Professional Excellence from the Woodring College of Education at WWU. She was an active member of the Assistance League of Bellingham. She enjoyed watching sports, reading, and traveling. Louise was a loving and supportive grandmother. She was kind, gracious, and had a great sense of humor. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack and her son, Jackie. Louise is survived by daughters; Deborah Woodruff, Georgia (Craig) Nicholes, Bryn (Tony) Freeland and Carrie (Dan) Bailey; daughter-in-law Joan Frazier (Jim Kolb); grandchildren, Neil (Rachel) Woodruff, Kathryn Woodruff, Eric (Amber) Woodruff, Paul (Ida) Nicholes, Marcus (Carly) Nicholes, Olivia Nicholes, Emlyn Bunn, Debbie Bunn, John Bunn (fiancée Yukiho Yamamoto), Patrick Freeland, Sarah Freeland, Benjamin (Alison) Bailey, Charlie Bailey, Georgia Bailey, Mary Bailey, Bryn Frazier, Molly Frazier and Thomas Frazier, and many loving family members and friends. A Celebration of Louise’s life will be held on Monday, March 19th at 11 AM at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church, 1720 Harris Avenue in Bellingham. A reception will follow at the church. Memorials may be made to Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church or the Assistance League of Bellingham.
