Margaret C. Adams, age 86, passed away on her birthday, August 15, 2013 in Bellingham. She was born August 15, 1927 in Los Angeles, CA to William and Mildred Griffin. Margaret enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, crocheting, reading and watching Jeopardy. She was easy-going, sweet, caring, and was known for her laugh. Margaret was preceded in death by husbands Leonard Kelso and Warren Adams. She is survived by daughter Linda (husband Jerry) Legault and their daughters Danielle, Camille and Michelle, son Glen (wife Kathy) Kelso and their sons Joe and Jon, daughter Kathy Payne, step-children Debbie White and Carlton “Bunny” Adams, and many loving relatives and friends. The family would like to thank the many caregivers and the staff at Whatcom Hospice who helped Margaret in her final weeks. A family gathering will be held at a later date.
