Mark Cunningham, age 53, passed away November 28, 2010 at his Ferndale home with family members by his side. He was born June 3, 1957 in Los Angeles, CA to Marvin & Lois (Bennett) Cunningham. He married Renita Busch on Jan. 17, 1998 at Peace Arch Park in Blaine, WA. As an avid outdoorsman, Mark enjoyed riding motorcycles, hunting and fishing. Mark was a talented woodworker and made many gifts for his family. He was an expert welder, and in recent years was a welding inspector at Matrix Service Company. He was a kind, loving father and grandfather who was a big kid at heart and enjoyed playing with his grandchildren.
Mark was preceded in death by his mother, Lois; and grandparents Jack & Frankie Bennett and Jack & Avilda Cunningham. He is survived by his loving wife, Renita; children Katrina (Robert) Nevin, Nicole (Kody) Young, Brandon Cunningham, Brandi Cunningham, Mark Steven Cunningham, Jr., and Samantha Marie Cunningham, Bryce (Amy) Seneca, Olivia (Keith) Karling, Raina (Scott) Lenton, Rory (Kimberly) Busch; father M.C. “Chuck” (Coleen) Cunningham; brother Gary (Angela) Cunningham; and 16 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Westford on Friday, December 3rd from 3-5 PM. A Celebration of Mark’s life will be held at Westford Funeral Home on Saturday, December 4th at 11 AM.
