Martina Bass

Martina Rose Bass, of Bellingham, WA, passed away on March 7, 2023 in Bellingham at the age of 89. Martina was born in Scotch Creek, British Columbia to Tessie (Narcisse) and Nicolas Paul. She was a member of the Adams Lake Indian Band and the Church of the Assumption.

Martina was preceded in death by her son Russell Paul in June 2015, brothers Louis Paul, Gabriel Paul, Gilbert Paul, Narcisse Paul, and Gordon Paul, and her sister Julia Paul. She is survived by her sisters Virginia Paul and Bernadette Paul, her brother Zephryn Paul, many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews, including Cynthia Paul and Narsiesse Paul.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, April 21st at the Church of the Assumption in Bellingham with burial to follow at Enterprise Cemetery in Ferndale, WA.
