Mildred W. Deford

Mildred DeFord, age 85 of Bellingham, passed away on February 13, 2014 in Bellingham. She was born on January 8, 1929 in Victoria, BC to Joseph and Emily Bradley. She was preceded in death by her husband Winton DeFord and daughter Karen Roth. She is survived by her children Gary (Nan) Roth, Michele (Tom) Jones, Marcia (Pat Roscamp) Roth, grandchildren Kyle Roscamp, Nicole Roscamp, Lindsay (Eric) Christensen, Stacey (Harold) Hunt, Kimberly (Mike) Kocher, Breelin (Paul) Renwick, ten great-grandchildren, sisters Bea (Roger) Trail and Belle Gordon, and many loving family and friends. An active member in the community, Millie was a lifetime member of the Chamber of Commerce. She loved to entertain, adored her family and was a devoted friend to many. The family would like to give special thanks to her friends who have brought so much joy into her life. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2014 at 11am at Westford Funeral Home with a reception following. Memorials may be made to your favorite charity.
