Monte J. Trott, age 32, passed away from a sudden heart attack at his Ferndale home on Tuesday, December 13, 2011. He was born April 10, 1979 in Bellingham to James and Patsy (Larsen) Trott. He was raised in Bellingham where he enjoyed exploring the trails and fishing on Lake Padden. He attended Sehome and Nooksack Valley High Schools and was employed by Faber Construction for 8 years. Monte loved riding motorcycles and spending time on the water fishing and crabbing. Monte was a loving family man and absolutely adored his wife Sparrow and their 6 ½ month old daughter Matia Snowhawk. Monte devoted much of his spare time to helping his friends, family and co-workers. Monte was preceded in death by his father James in 2004. He is survived by his wife Sparrow and their daughter Matia, mother Patsy Trott, brother Ryan Trott (Shelly DeWitt), and many loving family members and friends. A Celebration of Monte’s life will be held on Monday, December 19th at 1 PM at Westford Funeral Home followed by a reception across the street at Westford’s Broadway Hall.
