Nancy Mills passed away on Monday, April 1st, 2013 surrounded by family members. A celebration of Nancy’s life will be held Sunday, April 21st at 1 PM at the family home, 8119 Kitamat Way in Birch Bay Village. Memorials may be made to Whatcom Hospice.
