Patty M. Sansregret

Patty Sansregret, age 88, passed away in Everett, WA on January 27, 2017. Patty was born on October 28, 1928 in Vancouver, WA, to William and Patricia (Caraway) Morrison.
Patty served as a WAVE in the US Navy stationed in Pensacola, FL. After Patty received her teaching certificate in 1980 from Central Washington University, she taught for the Hood River School District in Oregon for several years. She then went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and taught for the Wapato School District where she retired in 1999. After retiring, Patty returned to Bellingham to be closer to her family and enjoyed reading and doing volunteer work.
She is survived by her four children: Theo Mills, Michael Sansregret, Arnel Sansregret and Tricia Lea, her three grandchildren: Kristan McCaskey, Sarah Milne and Chad Milne, and many loving relatives and friends. Memorials may be made to Special Olympics.
A graveside service with military honors will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. on April 21, 2017.
