Richard J. Dillon, age 82 of Bellingham, passed away with his family by his side on December 1, 2012. He was born January 13, 1930 in Joliet, Il to Bernie and Blanche Dillon. Richard was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother. Richard was preceded in death by his loving wife Barbara Dillon and his brother Terry Dillon. He is survived by two daughters Colleen (husband Paul) Anderson and Kathy (husband Bob) Kelley, grandchildren Mackenzie Anderson, Dylan Anderson, Sonny Kelley, Erica Kelley, Eileen Kelley and Jenna Kelley, three great-grandchildren, Karson Kelley, Payton Kelley and Parker Kelley and many loving relatives and friends. A Graveside Service will be held at Bayview Cemetery at 2:00 PM on Friday December 7, 2012. A reception will follow at the home of Colleen Anderson. Memorials may be made to Whatcom Hospice.
