Richard Allen "Ricky" Jordan

Richard "Ricky" Allen Jordan, who was born on December 15, 1981 to Christine Seidler, passed away on September 4, 2024. 

When Ricky was little, his sister Roxy would crawl into his bed and read him stories. Whenever things were dark for her, he always had a way of making things lighter with a smile and a laugh, even if only for the moment.

Ricky attended Shorewood High School with an amazing teacher, now friend, Veronica Cook, who taught him his first communication skill that he was able to use until recently. He spent most of his life in group homes due to his disabilities. For the past seven years, Ricky has been living in Bellingham with wonderful caregivers who cared for him even through death.

He enjoyed bumpy rides, thriller movies, soft touches, and many genres of music. We know Ricky would want us to remember him for the smiles he shared and the music he loved. 

Ricky leaves behind his mother, Chris Seidler, his sister, Olivia "Roxy" Roxanne Nelson, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends. 

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 28th at 4:00pm at Christ the Servant Lutheran Church, 2600 Lakeway Dr, Bellingham, WA.
