Richard R. Reeve

We are heartbroken to announce the death of Richard R. Reeve. He passed away peacefully at the age of 85 on December 23, 2023 in Bellingham, WA.

Richard was born in Bellingham on September 14, 1938 to William and Maybelle Reeve. He enjoyed bike riding, watching his favorite TV shows, cracking a joke about “back in the day,” and spending time with close friends and wife Estrelita. Richard will be remembered for his courage serving in the Air Force and his time serving as a police officer.

He leaves behind his caring and loving wife, Estrelita Valencia Reeve, his amazing children, Kathi, Kari, Renee, and John, his stepchildren Emelyn, Lyven, Bely, Cherry Chris, and Hyacinth, as well as his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He will be reunited with his beautiful daughter, Victoria Sue Reeve.

Services will be held on Saturday, January 20th, 2024 at the Westford Funeral Home in Bellingham, WA. A visitation will take place at 11:00am, followed by a funeral at 12:00pm. A reception will follow at American Legion Post 86 in Blaine, WA.
