Richard "Rick" L. Foster

Rick Foster, age 77, passed away at home in Bellingham on March 21, 2021. He was born October 28, 1943 in Bellingham to Milton and Fern Foster. Rick proudly served four years in the U.S. Air Force. Rick’s favorite pastime was throwing darts with his family and friends. His skill at darts earned him countless tournament trophies. Everybody that knew Rick loved him. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Jerry, sister Barbara, son Kurt and grandson Jake. Rick is survived by his loving wife Sherry, brothers Milton (Bonnie), Larry and David Foster, children Richard Foster, Tracy Foster, Kevin Cowen (Renee) and Ken Cowen (Kim), and many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives and friends. A graveside service with military honors will be held at Greenacres Memorial Park in Ferndale on Thursday, April 1st at 2 PM. Pastor Carlo Furlan will be officiating.
