Bob Ebright, age 88, passed away January 24, 2012 in Bellingham, Washington. Bob was born on September 17, 1923 in Bellingham to Floyd and Marguerite Ebright. He graduated from Bellingham High School and went on to study veterinary medicine at Washington State University, where he was a Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity member. Bob served in the U.S. Army for two years. He married Beverly Gregory and they had two sons, Greg and David. Beverly passed away in 1982. Bob served in many leadership positions. He was a Whatcom Public Utility District # 1 Commissioner for 43 years, president of the Washington State Veterinary Association, president of the Bellingham Golf and Country Club, a Bellingham City Council member and also served on the Horizon Bank board. As a respected and dedicated Veterinarian, Bob owned and operated the Ebright Animal Hospital in Bellingham.
