Born in Gulfport, MS and raised in Waimanalo, HI, Robert “Red” R. Beaugez, Jr. was the victim of a violent crime at his home in Ferndale, WA on September 5, 2022. After graduating from Kailua High School, he became a freelance mechanic, bought and sold collectable currency, and was a jack of all trades. First and foremost, Robert loved his son Jayson and his baby, Blue. Robert was known for his wild fiery red hair, big heart and truculent personality. Robert enjoyed repairing and riding scooters and had a vast social media presence where he shared life lessons, colorful opinions and his incredible bond with Blue. He is survived by his son Jayson, his sister, Jami Makaehu, his brothers, Evans Aki, Joshua St. Martin, Harry M. Beaugez, Steven Beaugez, mother Malia Yates, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and hanai ‘ohana all over the country. Robert loved Hawaii, embraced the Hawaiian culture, and lived with the Aloha spirit in his heart every day. Robert will journey back to Hawaii where he will rest in the place he loved the most.
