Roman Mario Neria, age 38 passed away Thursday, February 21, 2013 in Bellingham. He was born August 5, 1974 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He attended Ferndale High School and Scottsdale Culinary Institute. Roman loved cooking, frisbee golf and fishing. Roman was outgoing and a friend to everyone he met. He dearly loved his kids and he was the “fun uncle” to all children he met. Roman was preceded in death by his father Gary Neria, grandmother Katie Morical and cousins Kevin Rasset and Andy Jenkins. Roman is survived by his daughter Jasmyne Neria, son Payton Neria, mother Roxana Jenkins, father Darrell Jenkins, brother Michael (wife Holly) Neria and children Jerika, Hunter, Brock, Andrea and Adam, sister Desirae (husband Ramsey) Rye and their children Odin and Roxy, grandparents Charles (wife Carol) Jenkins, Fred (wife Deon) Neria, Rose Neria, his girlfriend Amber Blackman and her son Ryan Wiltse and many loving relatives and friends. All who knew and loved Roman are invited to celebrate his life at the family home at 1676 Willeys Lake Road in Ferndale on Saturday, March 9th at 1 PM.
