Roman Raphael Oropeza

In loving memory of Roman Raphael Oropeza, a cherished soul who graced this world on June 17, 2022, in Houston, TX, and passed on June 25, 2024, in Seattle, WA. Roman's time with us was brief but impactful.

From the moment he arrived, Roman was a beacon of joy and determination. His infectious smile and vibrant personality left an indelible mark on everyone he met. Roman found immense joy in simple pleasures. He loved watching his favorite shows, "Shrek" and "Bluey," which brought countless hours of happiness and laughter during his final months.

Roman faced challenges from the very beginning as he was born with Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia and a heart defect. He inspired and gave hope to so many other families going through similar situations. 

He is deeply missed by his loving parents, Aliyah Tovar and Diego Oropeza, and his cherished brother, Santo Oropeza. Roman's presence was a blessing to his grandparents and many family members, who feel fortunate to have been a part of his life.

Though Roman's time on Earth was short, the impact he made will resonate for eternity. May he rest in peace knowing that he was deeply loved and will be forever missed.

A visitation will be held at 1:00pm on Monday, July 1st, followed by a memorial service at 2:00pm at Westford Funeral Home in Bellingham, WA.
