Toshi Petty, age 78, passed away peacefully at home in Bellingham on January 2, 2015. She was born April 10, 1936 in Kichijoji, Japan to Mitsuo and Yuki Majima.
She married Ronald Petty on November 12, 1959 in Tokyo, Japan. She enjoyed traveling, bowling, sports, cooking, music, watching television and spending time with her children and grandchildren. A trip to the casino now and then was a ‘thrill’ and she enjoyed going with her many friends. She also looked forward to luncheons with her former cannery co-workers.
She will be remembered for her laughter, loyalty, fun-loving adventures and her friendships. Toshi and Ron attended Assumption Catholic Church.
